What will you do?

  • We’re all about putting founders first. That means DMZers are constantly building strong relationships with startup founders and understanding their individual needs
  • Work with a portfolio of startups and act as the lead contact for DMZ founders
  • Develop curated programming content and facilitate workshops to support the business goals of startups
  • Build strong relationships with startup founders and understand their individual needs
  • Support founders in goal setting and tracking milestones using quantitative and quantitative methods 
  • Act as a liason connecting startups to relevant DMZ coaches

What will you do

  • Support DMZ’s Executive Director in day-to-day activities and deliverables 
  • Monitor, manage, and operate projects from planning to implementation and delivery
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and other departments at the DMZ
  • Review production of final deliverables pertaining to the Executive Office 
  • Draft and prepare communication materials and reports
  • Represent the Executive Director at meetings, briefings, and events
  • Track fulfillment and ensure alignment of ED led projects across all departments

Digital Product Designers are responsible for the usability and delightfulness of our products. Geospatial Data Analyst (GIS)

Job Description:

Geospatial Data Analysts are responsible for continued development, maintenance, and expansion of our data catalog. This is accomplished by identifying new data sources, maintaining relationships with data suppliers, and direct manipulation of our GIS data. They will combine their GIS skills with our urban planning knowledge graph to deliver best in class search, analysis, and reporting to our users.

Geospatial Data Analysts must be highly organized, effective communicators, and be competent GIS practitioners. They must be capable of developing a long term plan for data acquisition and maintenance and have the technical skills to execute the plan. GIS Data Analysts must foster a strong working relationship with external data providers and with the CTO to ensure that the data plan and its delivery is aligned with the technical roadmap.
