
About Cilka Ovettini
Cilka leads the development and execution of the DMZ’s content strategy and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, promote startup recruitment and improve engagement with external stakeholders to increase the DMZ’s global profile.
Cilka is a strategic marketer who is passionate about helping founders win. Her interest in marketing and entrepreneurship began during her time at Toronto Metropolitan University in the Creative Industries program – where business savvy meets creative passion.
After graduation, Cilka joined KPMG Canada, where she was responsible for marketing their National Financial Services portfolio. She later joined Clearco, the world’s largest e-commerce investor, where she developed her love of supporting founders.
