About Naveed Ahmad
Naveed has over 20 years of Senior Management experience within a variety of industries which include banking, mobile advertising and most recently healthcare. Naveed is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Cardea Health Inc, a health tech start-up focused on remodelling the heart of patient data within Cardiac Care. In addition to this role, Naveed is a Senior Adviser at the CAN Health Network. Prior to entering healthcare, Naveed was CEO of Addictive Mobility, Canada’s leading mobile ad-tech platform. During his tenure, Naveed grew Addictive from $3mm in revenue to $12mm and scaled the team from 15 to 56 staff across Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Dubai all while remaining bootstrapped and profitable. During this time, Addictive Mobility received awards from Deloitte Fast 50, Deloitte Fast 500 and Profit 500. In October 2017, Naveed orchestrated the acquisition of Addictive Mobility to The Weather Network (Pelmorex Corp).
Prior to taking over Addictive Mobility, Naveed held various Senior Banking positions including Head of Investments for Wealth Management, Head of Private and Affluent Banking, Head of Product Development and Sales Management for Wealth Management with leading regional banks across the Middle East.
Naveed attained his EMBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western Ontario in addition to Master’s Degree in International Conflict Resolution from the University of Kent in the UK and an Undergraduate degree from York University.
